If you used "PayPal"....
For any and all questions regarding your account being funded through Paypal, you will need to contact their customer service department. Before doing this, you may also want to have the receipt number for the transaction in question. To get this number, click on "Transaction History" under "My Account" on the menu bar above, scroll down to locate the date of the transaction, click "Balance Funded" link. You'll see the Receipt Nbr in the pop-up.

How long does it take to receive my email reading?
If you are unhappy with your reading and wish to claim a refund, contact us. Refunds are subject to the refund policy below.
We are sure you will love our advisors and the services they provide. However, if you fail to connect with a reader, then please end the call within the first 3 minutes and contact us within 48 hours of your phone call.
We can then either offer you a reading with a different reader or a full refund. Please keep a note of the time, date, and reader plus the landline / mobile number you used to call the service.
This refund policy applies to a credit/debit card call that has been connected to the reader for a maximum of 3 minutes.
All requests are subject to verification.
Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of the call being terminated.
