They realise that they have power and there are unlimited options avialabile to them and through drawing upon their personal will and Divine Alignment, anything is now possible as they set about manifesting that which they see in their "minds eye". (THE MAGICIAN). In the process of manifesting - they start to learn to pay attention to their Divine INtuitive awareness, (gut instincts and sense of knowing), They may also have psychic visions as part of their intuitive awareness- they may have had glimpses of what their future holds for ht

Impartial decision making ability, Emotional detachment during decision making, Balance, Truth, Fairness, Equity, Justice, Perfection, Harmony. 
Hanged Man
Ideas and inspiration. Voluntary sacrifice required to achieve your goal. Meditation to achieve enlightenment. Illusion, imagination, Idealism and Psychic Distortion.

A total ending of a cycle preceding a total new beginning. Transformational, unyeilding, self willed, purposeful and Transient phase.
