Refunds & Exchanges

All items purchased from Larina’s Labyrinth are carefully packaged. Each item is inspected before being packaged to ensure the condition. However, unfortunately, on occasion your items may be damaged during transit.

Refund on change of mind will not be given.

Refunds on Psychic Services (eg Tarot, Psychic Healing Consults, Numerology Charts etc) will not be given.

Unfortunately damages in transit happen, please contact us immediately and send photos if any damage has occurred.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items at this time.

For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via our contact form within 72 hours of receiving your parcel, or email anah@larinaslabyrinth.com. Store credits will be issues at the discretion of Larina’s Labyrinth.
