Shipping Policy
Thankyou for visiting and shopping at Larina’s Labyrinth. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer a flat shipping rate of $12 for all orders within Australia. For orders to the value of $100 or more - shipping is free.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for transit for your delivery. If there will be a significant delay delivery we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will be advised by email with a shipment confirmation number once your item has been despatched and the relevant tracking number. The tracking number may take 24 hours to be active.
Shipping Destinations
Larina’s Labyrinth currently only ships to addresses within Australia, including to PO boxes. If you are an international client who would like to have goods despatched to your location, contact us and we can discuss specific delivery details to your region, at your cost.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Items sold in Australia are inclusive of GST. Australian Business rates are also GST inclusive and businesses are responsible for their own GST Credits. Overseas buyers are responsible for any import duties and taxes that are applicable to their country. Larina’s Labyrinth is not responsible for any customs and taxes imposed during or after shipping such as tariffs, taxes etc).
Damages
Larina’s Labyrinth is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order and it is damaged, please contact anah@larinaslabyrinth.com. Save the packaging materials and damaged goods before making a claim. Our items are packaged securely however and marked as fragile, so onus of responsibility for shipment damage is on the freight forwarding (or Australia Post). If you want to have insurance on your items this incurs an extra charge which will be quoted to you before dispatch and based on the value of the items.
Returns Policy
All items purchased from Larina’s Labyrinth are carefully packaged and checked over before dispatch to ensure that the condition is as described. Unfortunately, on occasions your item may become lost or damaged during transit. (Each parcel has a tracking number to help prevent loss during transit).
Refund on change of mind will not be given
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items currently.
For breakages and exchange requests – please contact Larina’s Labyrinth through the contact form, and store credits are issues at the discretion of Larina’s Labyrinth.

Anah Parreli and larinaslabyrinth.com reserve the right to update this policy without notice. Any changes will be advised at the top of the web page so tht you can view the new version OR alternatively, you will be notified by email of any changes to policy and how it might impact upon you.
