The Birth Chart
About the Birth Chart
While the Ruling Numbers offer insight into a person's Life Path (and, to some extent, carry individual information because of how the number is arrived at), the Birth Chart is far more personalised and individual. Of course, a full personality profile includes things such as Name Numerology, Ruling Number, Day Number (and more); the Birth Chart identifies key character traits, strengths, vulnerabilities, cautions, and even guidance to manage vulnerabilities and maximise the power of positive attributes. Planetary and Astrological influences can turn a strong chart or attributes into a negative one unless that power is used with caution or moderated. Numerology is a KEY to creating harmony within life and respecting the individual expression of all of us.
The Birth Chart has the potential to be filled with 9 primary numbers - and no chart ever has them all filled. Everyone will have a birth chart with empty spaces, and often multiple numbers in a space. Each number is allocated to one of the three ‘planes’: Mind, Body or Spirit. Each plane also has a ‘beginning’ (Gateway), a middle, or an end. These stages represent the plane's stages of development. For instance, on the Body or physical plane, the 1 is the beginning of being active, the 4 speaks to being physically hard-working and active, and the 7 talks about the conscious direction of activity or purposeful action. When calculating the Birth Chart, it is important to realise that this is not the ‘end statement’ in that - people can have ‘weak charts’ but still be extremely successful, because they have free will and choose to focus on their end goal. Others may have powerful numerology and achieve very little, because the numbers overpower them, or they struggle with the responsibility of the numbers.
Building the Birth Chart
The first thing to do with the Birth Chart (after calculating your Ruling and Day Numbers) is to fill the chart with your birthday, putting the numbers in the allocated spaces. Once you have completed the spaces, you then add them up and reduce them down to a single digit. The energy of the Master Numbers will have relevance here but not the same strength as if it were on a Ruling Number, or Day Number. It will still have an influence. The Three Planes are:
Mind: beliefs, Ideas, and thoughts; mental agility and processing; learning; teaching.
Spiritual: Intuition, sensitivity, feelings, and emotions, karma.
Body: Activity, Doing, Material, Tangible.
Multiple numbers on a birth chart are usually messengers and cautions. Too many of most numbers can create an overpowering quality that might cause hardship in a person's life, so they need to learn to moderate and balance that personal trait. It is not important if there are empty spaces on the Chart - the important part is what we do with the empty spaces, because people can develop the qualities through perseverance.
This birth chart has been created from the birthdate 11 November 2011. Immediately you can see that the birth chart is full of gaps and this is an indication of the types of charts we are seeing in the 21st century. Multiple numbers, combined with an abundance of gaps, and multipe arrows. The persons astrology and sunsign, as well as planetary influences will also impact on the person and their individuality. Numbers on the Birth Chart
When building the birthchart, the more numbers we have of the same type can identify an imbalance, or vulnerability. Its important to remember that we have free will, and there are measures that can be taken to create a balance (often the balance is there in the Astrology or the Ruling Number). However, parents can assist their children to balance vulnerabilities by starting early where there are indicators of problems with emotional expression or sensitivity (or other). Number 1
Number 1 is an absolute number and the number of ‘divine expression’. It rules a person's capacity to communicate across all planes - the earth, planet, cosmos and is a ‘macro’. It is also the number of the Divine Ego. It is the first number on the birth chart (and the first of the physical plane), and represents our ability for verbal self-expression. It refers to the way we communicate and interact with the outside world and other people - and how we show ourselves to them. It also indicates a degree of personal control (or lack of) and how we express or suppress our ego.
One 1 on the Birth Chart
When there is only one on the Birth chart, the person may struggle with verbal expression, particularly when conveying genuine feelings. They may excel as public speakers and when speaking about other topics, but when in conversations about
their feelings, they can be at a disadvantage until the person learns to master their responses - which occurs as they expand their awareness and mature. If they are living negatively, they may use words to hurt others (intentionally!) that directly contradict what they actually think and mean. It’s usually an aggressive form of self-defence, and the words are designed to be hurtful and offensive. If they choose the pathway of using words carelessly as self-defence, they will experience many intense, heated debates until they take deliberate, conscious command of their word choice and how they use it. There is power to the spoken word - and its capacity to offend and hurt is powerful and impossible to retract once spoken. When words are used as a personal attack against others, reconciliation or a positive resolution may never happen. For these people, it is recommended they use a reflective journal daily as they build new ways of communication. At the end of each day, take a few moments to record thoughts and feelings about the day's events, including what they said and what they wanted to say (and didn’t!). This is a personal and intimate activity, so keep the journal in a safe place. The next morning, an activity to do is to stand in front of a mirror and say the things that you wrote to yourself - what they said and what they wanted to say. As they stand in front of the mirror, it's important to watch the facial expressions and the body language. This helps them become aware of how they portray themselves to others through their nonverbal language, so they can control the messages they send and avoid sending conflicting messages or messages not based on truth.
Two 1’s on the Birth Chart
Those born with two ones in their birth chart are blessed with gifted verbal expression. This is a true gift and blessing, and they are very fortunate and lucky. They should never abuse this gift or use it to manipulate, and the caution is that they may become a wee bit intolerant of those who aren’t as fortunate in verbal communication. A by-product of gifted verbal expression is the ability to see both sides of an argument when they live and act positively. Some of them will also change sides in the middle of an argument if they gain new information, their opinion changes, and it feels right. This demonstrates true courage. Another by-product of the TWO ones in a birth chart is a heightened humanitarian awareness.
Three 1’s on the Birth Chart
Three ones in a birth chart can express themselves in two totally different forms – one is the chatterbox who is bright and interesting with many and varied activities, having a life of fun that they like to share their enjoyment with those around them verbally.
And then there is the second group who also have no numbers on the soul plane, which makes them hypersensitive, quiet and somewhat introspective and shy, especially with strangers. However, this group does tend to become perky and talkative once they start to relax. This group also expresses itself best through writing, where it lets its thoughts flow more freely and feel less inhibited.
Four 1’s on the Birth Chart
People with four ones on their birth chart often have difficulty in verbally expressing themselves in the way they would like. They are very easily misunderstood, which brings them emotional pain because of their heightened sensitivity. Life teaches them to hide their inner emotional turmoil behind a smile, so their suffering turns inward until they learn to release emotions without identifying with the emotion they are experiencing.
While they tend to be egocentric, when allowed to share their deepest feelings, they can easily identify with those they communicate with, although they may try to avoid verbalising their feelings. Their egocentricity and sensitivity relax as they develop self-confidence and comfort with expressing their innermost feelings, and they are less inhibited. For others, however, they may develop addictions to alcohol or drugs as a shortcut method of relaxation; however, this carries its own penalties and often leads to dementia as they age.
Five and more 1’s on the Birth Chart
Five ones on the birth chart signify an extreme imbalance of suppression, which compounds the natural difficulty of verbally expressing emotions and feelings. In many ways, they can be quite sad as young people, as they are easily misunderstood, and in response they can act with a level of detachment that others read as aloofness, leading to loneliness. This loneliness can make them overly sensitive and focused on themselves and their own interests, and they may become obsessive about their appearance and actions. They may have many mirrors around the home but not necessarily in open spaces, as they would not like people to think they are vain or secretly staring at themselves. If this occurs, it can create a psychological imbalance. They would be wise to distract themselves from falling too deeply into these quirky negative traits and to shift their consciousness beyond the physical and into higher levels through the arts, where they can see results of beauty that please them.
Isolated 1's on the Birth Chart
An isolated 1 will never happen for the next thousand years because we are in the 21st century. However, an isolated 1 occurs when 2, 5, and 4 are absent from the birth chart. If their numbers are more heavily concentrated on the Mind plan, others may perceive them as lazy or unreliable because they spend so much time in their ‘head’ that they fail to act. This means that they will often commit to or agree to doing something and then fail to do it. A person with an isolated 1 on the birth chart is often unaware that others perceive them as unreliable, and if left unaddressed, it can lead to isolation from others. It can be corrected and balanced through a dedicated effort to develop the attributes of the 2, 5, and 4, with greater love and compassion, and by expressing feelings rather than bottling them up.
Absent 1 on the Birth Chart.
An absence of one on the birth Chart is not necessarily a bad thing. It shows a shift away from egocentricity toward a more compassionate way of being, with improved intuition and both planetary and environmental consciousness.

Number 2
The Number 2 on the Birth chart is a gateway to the spiritual and intuitive aspects of life. It is a ‘gateway to the soul’ and relates to the senses. It represents duality and the desire for partnership. It is associated with inner ‘knowing’ and a range of emotions, feelings, and sensitivity. It is a feminine number focused on caring and nurturing. It is believed to be a blessing to have a 2 on your chart because it guides our actions and deeds and helps us understand and have compassion for others. We will see this more obviously as time passes throughout the 21st century. It is associated with a humanitarian consciousness and with people becoming interested in humanitarian concerns and ideas. Currently, the problems are the number of 2s on the Birth Chart for those born since 2000 and the absence or isolation of other numbers in the charts, along with a prevalence of absent numbers on the mind plane, which means that many young people are more likely to act on impulses with little regard for rationalising actions or thinking about consequences. The prevalence of diagnoses of ADHD for children born in this century may also be because of the lack of numbers on the mind plane. (Just a note here: the
lack of numbers is not a problem in itself; it simply means there may be problems retaining information, forming new rational types of behaviours, and even barriers to learning. However, this means a person has to work harder to create change, and parents need to ensure they don't enable or excuse poor behaviours as beyond their control. The sooner young people learn to unify the mind and soul planes, the sooner they can experience harmony in their lives.)
One 2 on the Birth Chart
Those born with a single 2 on their chart have a sound, basic level of intuition; however, unless they develop it, particularly men, they may not always compete effectively in the world around them. Modern society is more superficial and commercial, so men with a single 2 need to develop their intuitive abilities through meditation to gain an edge in the market and remain competitive. To combat life's stresses, those with a single 2 on their chart need to spend ample time in environments where they can tune in to nature, balance their “energies,” and ensure their decision-making isn't reactive or driven by emotions.
Two 2’s on the Birth Chart
Having two 2s in the birth chart is a great advantage because it reflects an ease in developing a person's intuitive abilities. They must apply these gifts to ensure successful personal development and recognise that when we fail to use our ‘gifts’, they deteriorate. People with Twos have a natural perception that puts them at an advantage over others. They form instant, usually accurate opinions of others based on first impressions. They can quickly judge sincerity or insincerity in others, as long as they don’t let their ego and imagination interfere and taint their basic intuitiveness.
Three 2’s on the Birth Chart
Three 2’s go beyond the natural intuitive balance suggested by two 2’s on the birth chart and indicate a more heightened sensitivity, or hypersensitivity, that can become a huge emotional burden for people with 2’s on the birth chart. They are highly attuned to the feelings of others and can become overinvolved in others' problems. They develop a self-protective method by spending time in a ‘world of their own’, getting lost in their ‘feelings’, which can come across to others as aloofness and lead to loneliness. Many people with three 2’s in the chart find their way into entertainment and show business, and they struggle to express their deep feelings, often reacting with uncontrolled emotions. They can become defensive and say things impulsively and reactively that hurt others. Children with three 2’s can become great mimics because they share others' sensitivities and feelings without realising it. They have a natural flair for acting. Parents need to ensure that they provide these children with the support to build a solid foundation of self-confidence.
Four 2’s on the Birth Chart
The person with four 2’s on their chart is highly impressionable and must be carefully and continuously disciplined to ensure they do not express their emotions in negative ways that misrepresent them, such as sarcasm, bad temper, and spite. Because they are intuitive and sensitive to extremes, their natural intuition can become tainted by emotion and unreliable. They can become impatient with others, misinterpret situations, overreact, and potentially become volatile and emotionally unbalanced. Family and friends need to demonstrate patience and understanding. They will need support in building healthy relationships and managing emotions because people with four 2’s often represent a higher proportion of marital breakdowns and bankruptcies. They usually do not hold high public office roles. Still, if they do, they often struggle to be considered credible unless they have the support of influential family members. They can often experience loneliness and are susceptible to drug and alcohol use. If they open up to wise and appropriate counselling, they can avoid feeling emotionally isolated. They need to learn to apply self-control to their emotions and to relax and meditate as needed, so they can ‘go with the flow’ of life rather than fight it.
Five or more 2’s on the Birth Chart
People with this number of 2’s on their birth chart are very rare and experience deep emotional disturbance. They become totally reactive to their emotional sensitivities and can become paranoid and potentially suicidal. They need extremely concentrated, devoted care and guidance, especially when young; however, they will also test others' patience to the limit. They will need much emotional counselling and learn to regulate emotional responses.
Isolated 2’s on the Birth Chart
We will never have an isolated 2, at least in this millennium.
Absent 2 on the Birth Chart
It will never be absent for the next thousand years, but if it were...
Absence of two on the birth chart indicates that more effort is required to develop sensitivity and intuition in this lifetime. Some suggest these traits may have been developed in previous lives but were used or abused, or ignored, so this lifetime requires more energy to foster these gifts.

Number 3
The Number 3 is the gateway to the mindplane, the plane of rationality, logic, and thinking. It is about gaining practical insight and understanding, and it is also the key to memory and memory retention. Pythagoras represented it with the Triangle. Three reflects the first number that refers to our mental or ‘thinking’ capacity. It refers to the gateway to the conscious mind (what we know) and to rational and logical processing. It also involves developing an understanding of our emotions and our connection to the Divine. It symbolises the connection of mind, body, and spirit. This number also governs our memory. As a singular number, it also reflects a balance of power within the mind/body and spiritual aspects. An absence of the number three on the chart does not imply mental weakness (unless the person is lazy or indifferent); it indicates that more effort is required to develop the ‘mind aspects’. However, an absence of three in the birth number can indicate a tendency toward laziness, which should be addressed in younger years to prevent difficulties later and reduce the vulnerability to dementia indicated by the lack of a three on the Birth Chart.
One 3 on the Birth Chart
As the anchor of memory, a single 3 on the Birth Chart indicates that the person will not experience dementia in later years, as long as they ensure that memory recall does not atrophy. Generally, three indicates excellent memory recall and the ability to stay alert. This number supports learning both formal and informal information and doing well at school. It also helps maintain an active interest in life and the environment. People born with a 3 in their birth chart have a strong foundation for cultivating a balanced understanding of life; they generally have a happy disposition and the capacity to stay positive and succeed. They also have above-average self-confidence, which supports their success.
Two 3’s on the Birth Chart
The more pronounced mental alertness of the three is accentuated with two 3s on the birth chart, with increased imagination and intensity of literary ability. Use this power wisely to ensure balanced expression and avoid antisocial behaviour if the imagination runs riot, as it may manifest as a persecution complex (or paranoia). People with two 3s on the birth chart can rein in their imagination through meditation, which also supports memory training and helps them understand and develop intuition. Most people with two 3s on their birth chart have significant but latent writing abilities and often need external support to tap into these inherent qualities. They need encouragement to keep diaries and journals to record their thoughts and feelings, as this will stimulate their literary expression. Three 3s on a birth chart signify great mental and psychological activity, and because of the heightened imagination, people with this combination of numbers often experience isolation and loneliness. They create their own sense of ‘reality’ that no one else sees. Their imagination is fertile, and they often think ahead to unreal scenarios, making it difficult to focus and live in the present. As a result, these people struggle to extend trust to others, are rarely relaxed, and often become addicted to stress-relieving substances. Happiness often becomes a stranger to them because they struggle to form relationships and maintain friendships. They can also be so caught up in their fertile imagination that they fail to see what is happening around them, which can be off-putting to people who find themselves speaking to the person with three 3s and remaining unheard. The perception of a person with this combination often becomes unbalanced; they may become introverted because they lack trust in others, and they may become argumentative and explosive when they vocalise. To address these problems, support the person and encourage them to stay present in the here and now, and to avoid focusing on the future and the past. They will need a lot of support to balance talking and walking, and to connect their heart to the doing aspect of life. However, with ongoing patience and understanding, the person can be supported and train their mental faculties into something beautiful and creative.
Four 3’s on the Birth Chart
This sequence will not occur again until 3-3-2033. People born on this day will have an excessive imagination and a hyperactive mind that will lend itself to fear and anxiety, and potentially a pathological psychosis. They have little or no regard for physical concerns and are completely impractical (the last time the number prevailed was on 31-3-1933). They also place little value on life and desperately need help. They rarely have close friends, which goes against their needs. Phobias and obsessions for this person will intensify if they are treated as real by others. They need to be shown that the fears are figments of their imagination and not based in reality. They need encouragement to do practical activities and work with their hands to take them out of their ‘mind’.

Isolated 3’s on the Birth Chart
This occurs when 2, 5, and 6 are absent from the birth chart. This means that some of the strength of will indicated by the three is diffused, for the power of the 3 is not necessarily translated into action or practice. If more than one 3 is isolated, people with this combination may have a greater sense of self than others, becoming ‘legends’ of their own thinking. To correct this imbalance, the person will need to focus on developing the attributes of number 5, build more compassion and love for others, and actively develop their intuition. They will also benefit from actively harnessing the creativity associated with the number 6 and starting hobbies or incorporating art into their work.
Absent 3 on the Birth Chart
The absence of three in the birth chart does not necessarily mean mental weakness; however, it does mean a potential to succumb to laziness or indifference. Generally, it means the person needs to put in more effort to exert their mental sphere, especially if their ruling number is not a mind number or their sun sign is not a head sign. However, the tendency toward laziness when three is absent is a condition that must be recognised and addressed in the younger years, because otherwise it can create difficulties by negatively impacting self-confidence and potentially leading to dementia in senior years.

Number 4
The Number 4 sits at the centre of the physical Plane (Body or Doing Plane). It's a number of action and activity and the Base or Lower Self. As an even number, it carries the energy of caring and nurturing, but as part of the Physical Plane, it focuses more on earthly and material matters. The four is the key to orderliness, structure, and organisation. People with a 4 on their chart tend to be tidy and focused on material pursuits, such as work and investments of time and money. It's a number that reflects practicality and action - and is the ‘doing’ aspect of life. It is a number of materialism as well. Whatever actions they take, they will approach them practically.
One 4 on the Birth Chart
One four on the birth chart signifies an active person with a natural leaning toward the practical. This prevails in various aspects of their life and reflects an orderly approach. They prefer to work with definites rather than ideas or theories. They prefer to act upon their principles and become impatient with unwarranted delays and procrastination. They would rather ‘get
on with the job’, and if there is a number 7 on their birth chart, they can be quite dogmatic in their approach. When they focus too much on the practicalities of life, they can become materialistic and impatient and develop a hardness to their personality. This hardness can be counteracted by teaching them patience to avoid unbalanced materialism and by developing care and compassion toward others. IN this way, they will attain the long-term friendships they seek and happiness.
Two 4’s on the Birth Chart
The person with two 4’s in the birth chart needs to ensure that their outlook does not become unbalanced – with an unhealthy focus on the material. They must train themselves to maintain a balanced lifestyle between mind/body and spirit, and this will require self-discipline to succeed. While they enjoy beautiful things or things that appeal to their vision, if they balance the way they approach the world, they will also experience harmony of thoughts and feelings. A lack of balance may lead to a conflict of ‘cognitive dissonance’ where their heart and mind lead them in different directions, and they may end up being consumed by guilt because they prefer the material at the expense of relationships. If the ruling number is spiritual or mental, people with two 4s will find it easier to rise above the material focus inherent to two 4s on the birth chart. A well-chosen name may also balance out these traits. The more 4s on the birth chart, the greater the need to maintain a balanced outlook on life, and the more care needed when choosing friends. While the person with two 4s benefits from the company of others, unless they are selective, they may become harsh; the advice is to develop and maintain healthy social outlets. They should endeavour to steer clear of the hard-drinking person, as they require greater sensitivity from friends and associates to succeed in life and stay balanced.

People with this combination on their birth chart often find it difficult to rise above the need for physical and material gratification. Even if they are aware of the risks and try to lead a balanced life, they are easily tempted back to the material and need a lot of support to maintain strong willpower and be receptive to guidance and care. They may feel constantly pulled back to hard, manual labour rather than realising their lesson is to master it, not become enslaved by it. Once they master the lesson, they acquire a balanced mental and spiritual expression. They must be mindful not to relate everything to hard, callous physical work or to go overboard about neatness. It is important to be neat – but there is a heightened risk of obsession and compulsion. People with this number combination have tendencies toward lower limb weakness, so they should take care of knees, ankles and feet to avoid hazards - particularly in sport and exercise.
Four 4’s on the Birth Chart
This number sequence last occurred on April 24, 1944. It will next occur on April 4, 2044. Exercise special care with these people due to lower-limb weakness, which could result in temporary or permanent inability to walk. Extreme patience is demanded when interacting with these people, as they are highly sceptical of anything that is not physical (including the metaphysical), and can become boring and one-eyed in their pragmatism.
Absent 4 on the Birth Chart
A lack of four on the birth chart can indicate impatience, shaped by the ruling number and any arrows on the chart. For people with a Ruling 7, that impatience is directed toward people who fail to ask questions before making decisions, especially those who deny their metaphysical gifts and have no interest in anything without ‘concrete’ evidence. If the person has an absent 4, then the degree of impatience will be identified from the other factors, such as Ruling Number, Day Number and any Arrows on the Birth Chart. For example, they will struggle with people who have the Arrow of Emotion (whose challenge is to regulate) emotions; those with the Arrow of Intellect will be impatient with people who have learning difficulties or poor memory recall. They can overcome this impatience through self-discipline and by being attentive and concerned about other people’s needs.

Number 5
The number 5 is masculine - one of logic, knowledge and rational thinking. It is at the centre of the birth chart and represents the spiritual aspects of love and freedom of expression. A 5 will never be isolated because of its placement in the birth chart. It governs the intensity of human emotions and feelings like no other number on the birth chart. It is connected to the heart chakra, symbolising both emotional and artistic freedom of expression.
One 5 on the Birth Chart
A single 5 on the Birth chart indicates that a person has additional capacity to balance their personality and supports the emotional control that allows them to develop relatively reliable intuitive guidance. These people have an enhanced ability to respond to situations and challenges creatively, which is an enormous asset because, without it, they face an ongoing series of emotional reactivity and potential emotional dysregulation. People with a single five in their chart can usually find the silver lining in every challenge and adversity and turn it into something positive. The single five offers protection and character
strength because it combines resilience with heightened compassion. The number reflects people who love freedom and emotional self-awareness, which extends to compassion and empathy for others.
Two 5’s on the Birth Chart
When there are two 5s on the Birth Chart, these people tend to be intense and determined, and experience intense emotions. Others often see this combination as a driving intensity. They often have a powerful stare and furrowed eyebrows. Others often perceive this intense determination as giving them greater confidence and self-assurance than they actually have. As these people develop, they often struggle to cope with the intense emotional, family, and work-related problems that periodically emerge in their lives. They are challenged to ensure that they don’t magnify their problems to be larger than they actually are.
This intensity and capacity to dramatise problems can lead to misunderstandings with others, where they are perceived as overbearing and, on occasion, even domineering. They may have tendencies to create emotional turmoil within not only their environment but also their internal workings and develop health conditions such as ulcers and indigestion; however, they may not realise that they have developed chronic digestive problems and minimise it to “random intestinal gas, constipation or distended stomach”. These people need to take additional care to control their emotions, or they could become dependent on drugs or sex for the release of pent-up emotions. If they lean toward digestive problems, they will benefit from having a hot cup of a calming herbal tea about a half an hour before a meal – or to focus on “mindful eating techniques”.
Three 5’s on the Birth Chart
The intense emotions of the double 5 are compounded when there are three 5s on the birth chart. The individual's emotional intensity can be very difficult for those around them. They can often feel lost and overwhelmed emotionally. Few individuals carry this number sequence on their birth chart, which is fortunate, because those who do have karma that needs to unfold (in interesting ways).
Parents of people with this sequence have additional responsibilities and are rarely equipped to manage them. They can become overwhelmed and feel lost trying to understand the emotional complexities of a child with this combination. Raising a child with this combination will be a truly educational experience for these parents. The primary challenge for all will be learning to think before speaking and acting, allowing for the practice of wisdom. By taking the time to think first, they will avoid offending others' sensitivities and egocentricism. This is a rare combination – and carries with it an overwhelming emotional intensity and sensitivity. They also tend to be accident-prone (particularly when they have taken a wrong turn in their life path). Life can be difficult for these people until they learn to follow their guidance and direct their activities and actions by taking a firm hand on their emotions, responding to stress and distress creatively rather than reactively, and staying present in the future. These people will particularly benefit from mindfulness techniques to help them stay centred in the here and now.

Number 6
The Number six is placed at the centre of the Mind Plane and represents creativity and the integration of the right and left brain hemispheres—that is, the mind and the emotions. It also represents the opposite of creativity: destruction, associated with anxiety, worry, stress, and destruction. These negative attributes are also a form of creativity and are only possible in the human form. These destructive attributes are also possible with the numbers 7, 8, and 9. Positively, the number 6 reflects intellectual balance and choice. This adds the capacity to choose and respond creatively and positively to events and challenges rather than react impulsively to emotional triggers. While this is a choice all of us have, regardless of the numbers, it is reinforced and strengthened for the person with a 6 and becomes a power for them. The number 6 on the birth chart is central to the Arrow of Will, and people with a 6 would be wise to direct their will and actions toward positive, peaceful solutions. They can be creative in finding resolutions and balance emotions with rational thinking.
One 6 on the Birth Chart
Generally expressed through the home environment and a love of home, they are committed to their families and take domestic responsibilities seriously. They create a place where they and their loved ones feel safe and secure, and where they promote love. For the singular six, the home is a sanctuary. They throw themselves fully into their roles, yet they often struggle with domesticity because it can feel unsatisfying, and they want more fulfilment. They may use their creativity for home improvements or artistic pursuits. For some Sixes, because of the number's destructive aspect, a stable home can be elusive, so the challenge is to make wherever they live feel safe and secure. Two 6s on the Birth chart can double the creative challenge for people and be a handicap for some. It reflects significant emotional imbalance, particularly on the domestic front. How a person rises to this challenge depends on many other factors, such as their ruling number and their karmic lessons. Less aware people might find themselves besieged by worry and stress, which may result in anxiety and nervous conditions. They will need to take care that this stress and anxiety do not impact their relationships in negative ways. To address this emotional imbalance, they should direct their energy into artistic pursuits. They also do not respond well to intimidation or force; instead, they respond better to guidance delivered with love and kindness. People with two number 6s on their birth chart need more rest than others because they use a lot of nervous energy in creative pursuits, and they also invest emotional energy.
Three 6’s on the Birth Chart
A combination of three 6s on the birth chart compounds worry, stress, and anxiety, impacting the domestic situation. Women may experience heightened suffering due to social exclusion and isolation because they put so much emphasis on the domestic environment. They may become fanatical, obsessive, and possessive in their love, and foster ‘smothering love’ toward their direct family members. They become consumed with their perception of familial responsibilities and ignore their inherent creative abilities, which can often remain dormant. In contrast, their home environment becomes a space of emotional dysfunction and dysregulation. They become overprotective of their children and fear being abandoned as the children mature. If left unchecked, this can ultimately drive children away from the family home. They need to take special care to ensure their lives remain balanced and to avoid psychological instability. They need adequate rest and a fresh diet, avoiding and minimising preserved and processed foods. People born with 666 often experience abuse in their childhood.
Four 6’s on the Birth Chart
This is a rare combination, and the next time it will occur is on 26-6-2066. This combination places a heavy burden on the person, with huge potential for creative ability because of the combination's heightened emotional sensitivity. These emotions can fuel passion that can be directed into creative pursuits; left unchecked, they can lead to emotional reactions that negatively affect relationships with friends and family. Parents will need to provide unconditional love and guide children toward positive emotional expression through creative abilities.
Absent 6 on the Birth Chart
Birthcharts that lack the number 6 will need to develop their creative abilities consciously. If they have a 3 on their chart, the task will be made easier for them. They must use their creative abilities to develop their individuality.

Number 7
The number 7 is the final number on the Physical plane and the highest number (the plane of activity and doing). It speaks to the learning and experience a person must go through to achieve their deepest wisdom. This experience often involves sacrifice. The 7 is a deeply spiritual number, seeing beneath the superficial and the surface, seeing the bigger picture of life, and recognising that other processes are at play beyond the earthly plane and physical existence. The sacrifices that the person goes through are related to the material world - and feeling that there has been a loss or denial of things such as physical companionship or love, or loss of material wealth. There is a recognition that these losses are not permanent conditions to live by. The number 7 symbolises the temple of the seven chakra systems in the body (the power centres). The 7 represents actively learning (through physical experience) and then sharing the wisdom with others as a form of teaching. Once again, there are choices: the seven can be creative and expand the soul, or destructive, with losses and sacrifice worn like a badge and associated with distress and anxiety.
One 7 on the Birth Chart
One 7 on the birth chart indicates sacrifices in health, love, money, or possessions may arise along the life path. These are necessary for the “unfolding of the soul” (the ability to see through the eyes of the Creator/spirit and to live in a manner that reflects the loving-kindness of the Creator. It is a matter of looking at sacrifice from a different perspective – the loss of these things can be likened to the trimming and pruning of a beautiful and exotic plant. For it to grow healthy and robust and to have more “blooms and blossoms”, it is necessary from time to time to prune away the dead and unhealthy parts of the plant – allow room for more robust and healthier growth. In this instance, if we are the rose bush, the sacrifice helps us understand humanity better, understand ourselves, and release negative tendencies. Differentiating between what is a preference instead of an obsession - what serves the highest good and what doesn’t? To ensure our purpose on earth, we must care for our physical being and nurture and nourish it adequately. Within our relationships, we release demands and replace them with unconditional love and kindness (to be precise, this unconditional love for others does not mean allowing them to misuse or abuse us; it means forgiving them through understanding and disengaging emotionally when they extend unkindness to us). The reminder here is that when we live and walk from a space of kindness and unconditional love – we never really lose; we release expectations and develop gratitude as an attitude and way of life. For the person with one 7 on the birth chart, the energy is about opening the eyes and seeing the ‘Divine Vision’, finding the Divine Idea within each lesson, and actively using those experiences to fulfil the Divine Purpose.
Two 7’s on the Birth Chart
Where there are two 7s on the birth chart, the nature of the sacrifice is compounded and is more intense. Invariably, the sacrifices or lessons to be learned involve health, love or money/material possessions. These experiences are doubled in a Divine effort to help us focus on a deeper, more philosophical understanding of life and to prompt us to explore the metaphysical aspects of Divine Healing energy and compassion. When these lessons are not learned, there are constant complaints and bemoaning of losses and much blaming of others, or blaming life as being unfair. This can lead to social exclusion, as their unhappy demeanour makes them unattractive to others to be around.
Three 7’s on the Birth Chart
On a superficial level, three 7s on a birth chart appear to create sad lives brought about by heavy losses in all three areas of life: health, love and money/possessions. However, those around the person often feel the sadness or see the loss only on a superficial level. The person with three 7s will have a deep philosophical understanding of the losses, and recognise the purpose behind the events. While this may test their strength and fortitude, and even their levels of compassion, they evolve into enormous strength of character. This level of sacrifice is the “making of a remarkable person”, and a valuable person to your friends and those around you. They recognise (or will learn to recognise) every opportunity within every difficult situation (seeing the blessings within the tragedies). This number signifies the ability to see the “silver lining within every cloud”. Focusing on the positive. However, for those who refuse to embrace and develop philosophical understanding, the suffering and sorrow can compound into lives of depression and misery, with anti-social behaviour that repels friends and family away from them – compounding levels of isolation and loneliness.
Four 7s on the Birth Chart
Four sevens on the birth chart will not be occurring in the near future! However, when they do, parents of children born with four 7s in their birth chart will also find this a heavy burden to carry. The key is to turn the sacrifice into learning opportunities and developing an attitude of gratitude and optimism. The challenge will be to show that the glass is half full rather than half empty. This translates to the need for the person to be able to understand and live in the present moment – NOW, and to purify their mind and intent. As they purify their intent and live in the here and now (instead of the past and future), they can expand and open their mind to achieve their potential and life purpose.
Absent 7 on the Birth Chart
This indicates that the person has evolved and that the level/form of sacrifice associated with the 7 is not required in the current life (unless they have a personal year of 7 – or a peak year of 7). It implies the person is not ready to receive the level of learning required under the vibration of the 7 and must put in practical effort to achieve the lessons and understandings involved through sacrifice and loss. (empathy).
Isolated 7’s on the Birth Chart
This occurs when 4, 5, or 8 is absent from the birthdate and involves repeated cycles of sacrifice. They rarely learn from the first experience and often repeat the lessons until they eventually learn them. This can harm health and may lead to the loss of love or material possessions. Despite the losses, a person with an isolated 7 will often put the experience down to fate, and those around them will probably perceive the experience more harshly than the person. To minimise the sacrifice, the person needs to develop the ability to ask for help (and be open and comfortable receiving it). In this way, they can be supported to take a more practical and realistic approach to their life experiences. They would also do well to develop their intuition and apply it in practical ways. This will heighten their sensitivities and also provide a sense of independence through activity. Note – the power of the birth chart is not what matters; what matters is what a person does to fill the ‘empty spaces’. Many successful people throughout history have had ‘weak birth charts’, but they developed the qualities needed for success through perseverance and personal development.

Number 8
The Number 8 is the most active of the soul and feeling plane. It sits at the end of the spirit plane and represents wisdom through loving actions. Its symbol is infinity, and it is often associated with magic and manifestation abilities. The strength of the 8 on the birth chart is that successful manifestation needs a vision empowered by emotion. Manifestation is the conscious direction of emotion and will toward a goal. An 8 on the birth chart is a real blessing. However, as an emotional and feeling number, it can be destructive for those who fail to regulate their emotions. The 8 represents practicality and independence. Eight is the most spiritually active number and is said to carry ‘Spiritual Power’. It sits at the end of the Soul plane on the Birth Chart and offers an opportunity to manifest. It represents wisdom and infinite possibilities. It brings independence and loving action combined with wisdom. This is the number's duality: heightened awareness and wisdom with independence. It is a practical number, and 8 makes for a faster capacity to ‘learn the lessons’ than for those where an 8 is missing on their birth chart (or from their ruling number).
One 8 on the Birth Chart
People with one 8 on their birth chart are usually methodical and meticulous when they live positively. When they are living negatively, they can be apathetic, and instability can prevail. They tend to be tidy, pay attention to detail, and work efficiently, quickly identifying the best ways to get results. However, if they begin living negatively, they can become emotionally unstable and reactive, and there may be frequent job changes, housing changes, and even interests.
Two 8’s on the Birth Chart
This combination carries heightened assessment power, which can unsettle some people, but when living positively, it can be very beneficial. Their perceptiveness must not turn into dictatorial overconfidence, as this can lead to emotional dysfunction. People with two 8’s often seek travel opportunities as a source of knowledge and wisdom, and can become frustrated if they cannot do this while young. They can feel trapped if denied the opportunity to travel, and only once they have ‘sated this urge’ (especially with travel overseas) can they find a semblance of peace of mind. The powers here, with two 8s, are discernment, independence, and perception.
Three 8’s on the Birth Chart
Restlessness is enhanced with three 8s in the birth chart, along with a desire to travel and explore far horizons. They can sometimes feel that life is pointless and need considerable love and guidance to encourage them to develop and maintain a positive outlook. They must realise that life is a journey that will go on regardless of whether they enjoy it, and that they will experience greater joy if they change their attitude and avoid losing themselves in pessimism. Those living negatively might complain about things without having even tried, while those living positively will gain great wisdom and independence. While they still enjoy being busy, they also have inner stability, and their joyful approach to life wins them friends.
Four 8’s on the Birth Chart
No one will be born with four 8s until August 8, 2088, so we won't see this combination for a while. When they do, this child would be extremely hyperactive and restless. Parents would be advised never to force the child to sit still, or tell them to sit still, because this would be an unnatural state for them, leading to excess frustration and irrational behaviour from pent-up emotions. They should be taught early to develop a sound sense of direction and taken out to places until they are old enough to travel independently.
Absent 8 on the Birth Chart
Absence of 8 - Birth charts without an 8 signify that those people will have to deliberately apply themselves to achieve a desirable level of wisdom and independence, making their lives more fulfilling and rewarding. This will require organisation and practical, methodical, and orderly approaches to learning

Number 9
The number 9 is the most active spiritual number when people are living creatively and positively. It represents responsible action because of the responsible use of the mind and the power of thought. It combines ambition (for the earthly and physical existence) with idealism (the spiritual aspect), and it carries the energy of all the other numbers. It appears at the end of the Mind Plane on the birth chart and conveys putting ideas into action. It represents putting thoughts into action. It represents the physical aspects of ambition and responsibility along with the idealistic aspects of the spiritual, combining the mind and body. It can also represent prophetic ability. It is a number for the warrior (offering some insight into the world wars of the 20th century). The 21st century sees a transition from the ego of yesteryear, with its ambitious materialism, to a more focused attention on the spiritual and feelings associated with a heightened level of consciousness. We are unlikely to see the full effect of this change until well into the 21st century because of the prevalence of multiple 9s in birth charts worldwide.
One 9 on the Birth Chart
This is a very powerful number on the birth chart. It is the power of the idealist, along with ambition. As a singular number on the birth chart, it also carries responsibility. The 9 needs to be expressed through balance across the three aspects of mind/body/spirit. Where there is an imbalance, fanaticism can emerge to compensate for past errors and omissions. The singular 9 carries the message of “moderation in all things”.
Two 9’s on the Birth Chart
The idealism and zeal intensify when there are two 9s on the birth chart, and this combines with overthinking and analysis. Balance is advised. People with two nines are inclined to be critical of others with less idealism or social conscience, and they must guard against judgementalism and overcritical thinking to find happiness in their lives. They are incredibly deep thinkers, with an underlying intention to be helpful - and this needs to be clearly expressed and not taken for granted.
Three 9’s on the Birth Chart
The power of idealism with this combination is particularly difficult to handle and can produce psychological instability in those that do not understand or realise their power. It is not uncommon for people with this combination to allow their mind to magnify their problems and exaggerate them out of all proportions – in fact, it is akin to “tunnel vision” where they are unable to see the other options available to them. It may result in mood instability and a lack of emotional control, along with outbursts and tantrums. To address this, they need to open their mind a little and allow themselves to accept small variations from their rigid, idealistic constructs.
Four 9’s on the Birth Chart
People with four 9’s in their birth chart will invariably need additional help -it is a rare combination and brings with it two distinct personality types – those that lean toward a ‘hippy outlook on life’, who try to live ‘off the grid’ and with a heightened sense of idealism that lends itself to vagueness around the reality of life. Some people of this type tend to conform and then from time to time will ‘drop off the radar’ for weeks or months on end. They are harmless enough and do not respond well to guidance because they see their approach to life as ‘normal’. The other type tends to be more aggressive, can have a belligerent attitude, and takes pleasure in belittling those who challenge their views and opinions, or ‘fail to meet their views of right/ wrong’; they are self-righteous. These types need support to manage their emotions and attitudes to avoid harm to themselves or others, and avoid experiencing isolation and loneliness – due to the desire by those around them to have a ‘safe distance’ as they can be quite volatile when enraged.
Isolated 9s on the Birth Chart
This occurs when 5, 6, and 8 are absent from the birth chart. They may experience impractical idealism, unrequited ambition, or both. A single nine usually indicates unfulfilled ambition, and a double 9 makes the idealism impractical. If there are three or four isolated 9s on the birth chart, then they will experience both. To counteract these tendencies, they need to focus on developing communication and personal expression (speaking their feelings) and building understanding and compassion for those around them.
Absent 9 on the Birth Chart
Anyone born in the 20th century will carry the energy of the 9, but for those born in the 21st century – the lack of a 9 will be apparent toward the middle of the century. Those without a nine are not as egocentric or ambitious as those with a 9 on their birth chart. Where there is no 9 in the birthdate, there is potential for mature, responsible decision-making for the greater good of all humanity.
