Scorpio is a water sign ruled by Pluto and Mars, and they tend to be more peaceful than the other zodiacs – most of the time! There is a saying – if a Scorpion is not stinging you its stinging itself, and this is true for Scorpio. Their emotional nature can lead them to give some rapid stings to those around them, which they later then feel remorse and regret over, and spend time lost stinging themselves. This is because the Scorpio is upset, they tend to seek revenge and can be very venomous when doing so. For these reasons the Scorpio must guard against emotional dysregulation because when they are unsettled it becomes very disturbing for all around them. During adolescence Scorpios can become extremely disturbed and appear bitter- but this is not their true nature. The Scorpio can be assisted to manage emotions and triggers, and develop self-discipline, and not internalise their emotional state, and seek to express their pain in positive ways or to transmute it. It is this emotional energy and the mastering of their emotions that leads them to become such successful healers. Too much emphasis on sex can result in serious depletion of energy and result in nervous conditions.
